USRM provides a multitude of property analyses consulting services to assist real estate managers, risk and administration managers, insurance claim specialists, and financial entities in ascertaining the current condition of properties and the potential liabilities associated with past practices conducted.

The timely performance of property surveys to document existing conditions, coupled with the review of historical property conditions documentation and personnel interviews, are utilized to assist in the completion of various types of property conditions reports. These surveys can consist of non-intrusive (Phase I or Ground Penetrating Radar surveys) or intrusive (Phase II - collection of samples for lead, asbestos or soil / groundwater sampling) methods. All Phase I / II activities are conducted and documented according to current ASTM methods.

Reports generated include the evaluation of potential environmental hazards occurring at or adjacent to the property, safety and environmental compliance evaluations, weather-related claims reports and construction defects analysis. USRM staff also can provide timely cost estimates for building repairs and for remediation projects, as well as provide a turn-key approach to remediation. USRM serves its clients by providing valued insight and documentation to make key property-related decisions.
