Full-Scale Mold Services

United States Risk Management, L.L.C., (USRM) provides a variety of mold services to our clients. From initial investigation to cause and origin of moisture / mold to mold abatement design, through mold abatement oversight and mold clearance sampling, our services are supported by experienced and certified staff.

All mold services are performed in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), as well as the New York Department of Health's mold remediation protocols. Our corporate structure ensures that all mold services are performed under the strict direction and supervision of Certified Industrial Hygienists and toxicologists, and quality control procedures are strictly enforced. Laboratory services are provided by AIHA-certified laboratories and Daubert principles are followed for all work performed.

USRM provides mold services in support of the assessment of impacts to indoor air quality. Today, increasing claims due to the presence of mold in buildings are driving the need to evaluate mold and its potential effects on building occupants. Our approach to evaluating mold is site-specific, but based upon fundamental principals of industrial hygiene and toxicology.
