United States Risk Management, L.L.C. (USRM), part of the United States Services Group's Emergency Response Team, is one of industry's most experienced and innovative partners in support of emergency response activities. USRM's team stands as a strong provider of environmental, health and safety services in support of client's emergency response 24-hours a day.

Our services are supported by experienced staff with required credentials to perform emergency response services, including air sampling, the establishment and evaluation of the affected perimeter and safe zones, and the collection of real time measurement sampling in defense of potential litigation and to provide valid data regarding safety to workers, affected residential and commercial communities, and the environment. Following collection of field measurements, USRM's team utilizes staff qualified to perform air dispersion modeling and population impact assessments given the nature of the incident, and provide the information in graphical presentations to be used for public outreach or litigation needs as necessary.

A vital component of USRM's qualifications lies in our ability to support clients in the event emergency response actions require legal representation. Our staff is experienced in litigation support and will respond to each event with the knowledge that information gathered, and procedures followed, could potentially be utilized for conveying information to the public or for legal proceedings. To this degree, our staff includes Certified Industrial Hygienists, toxicologists, Certified Safety Professionals, Certified Hazardous Material Managers, geologists and hydrogeologists. In addition, project staff provided are experienced with provision of court expert testimony services in a myriad of fields to support these services.
