INDOOR AIR QUALITY

United States Risk Management, L.L.C. performs extensive Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services that include the evaluation of workplace exposures for compliance and auditing purposes, performance of air monitoring associated with mold, lead or asbestos abatement activities, evaluation of airborne occupational hazards, and the performance of hazard assessments. IAQ work can be performed for OSHA or EPA compliance purposes or for loss investigatory needs. In the evaluation of these results, our staff can provide computerized dispersion models for various client needs. In general, all work is summarized with detailed, written reports with site photographs, sampling and analysis methodology, reporting results and the provision of recommendations regarding any necessary future actions.

USRM has trained personnel to assess IAQ issues associated with moisture intrusion or water damage associated with a property. This includes the provision of cause and origin studies for the presence of microbial activity in commercial and industrial property. Our staff can also provide remediation / abatement protocols, and perform remediation / abatement oversight. USRM offers to clients all the services necessary to assess the problem, monitor, consult and implement strategies to achieve desired results.

Our services are backed by trained and certified staff and an extensive equipment list to evaluate varying types of conditions that influence indoor air quality. These services can be provided from a proactive position in an occupational setting, to evaluate insurance damage claims, or to support litigation claims associated with exposures or property damage.
