USRM Assesses Damages to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center
USRM has been retained to assess the damages to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, as a result of the flooding associated with the Cumberland River that occurred during the first week in May, 2010. USRM is currently assessing damages to the entire resort, working to inspect and design protocols to address water and environmental impacts to the property, and working with Gaylord and the restoration contractor to complete all restoration activities. The property has more than 600,000 square feet of meeting space, nine acres of indoor gardens, and over 2,000 guest rooms, in addition to the Grand Ole Opry Theatre and Museum, and numerous other support buildings.
